Just ask the question
Is a demand notice sent on WhatsApp valid under Section 138? That is a good enough start. You do not have to set up a matter or enter a case number or CNR first. Attach the complaint or the order, and the answer reads it as the facts of your matter and names the page it relies on.

Each cited statement is matched against the stored judgment, and its quotation against the paragraph. A statement that fails a check is marked for you to read, instead of being ticked off.

BNS or IPC

Several AI models share the work, each with one job. Plain code runs the checks that should never be left to a model.
It plans before it searches
An AI planner breaks your question into issues and decides what to look for: the statute, the leading judgments and the cases that go against you.
It searches by meaning and by exact words
Semantic search finds a judgment that makes your point in different words. Keyword search still catches the exact section number or party name.
Deep research splits the work
In deep research, on the Chambers plan, separate AI agents work on the statute, the supporting cases and the adverse cases, so a promising line of authority does not crowd out the one that hurts you.
Code checks every cited statement
Each cited statement is matched against the stored judgment, and its quotation against the paragraph, by ordinary code. No model is asked to confirm its own work.
A second model reads the draft
Once the answer is written, a different AI model reads it against the cited paragraphs and flags any point they do not support.
It hands you a citation report
Each answer comes with a report of every authority it relied on, the paragraph behind each statement and the result of each check.

What is Vakilat?

Who is Vakilat for?
Practising advocates in India, whether you work on your own, in chambers or in a law firm.
How is Vakilat different from ChatGPT or another general AI chatbot?
A general chatbot answers from what it absorbed in training, and it can produce citations that look real but do not exist. Vakilat answers from the judgments it retrieves for your question. Each authority links to its paragraph, each cited statement is checked against the stored judgment, and a statement that fails a check is marked for you to review.
Does Vakilat give legal advice?
No. Vakilat is a research tool for advocates. It does not advise clients, predict how a case will go or file anything for you.
How much does Vakilat cost?

Yes, like any research tool. That is why every answer shows its checks. Cited statements are matched against the stored judgment and their quotations against its text, and anything that fails a check is marked for you. What goes before the court is always your decision.
Does Vakilat read the documents I attach?
Yes. Attach up to five documents to a question and Vakilat reads them as the facts of your matter, never as law. The answer names the file and page it relies on, and its authorities are still Supreme Court judgments. The documents' text goes to the AI model for that research run only.
Does Vakilat use my documents to train AI models?
No. Documents you upload stay in your practice's account, and we do not use them to train AI models.
